xDox provides electronic document, data acquisition and document security systems for many leading organizations across a wide range of commercial and non-commercial sectors:

 

 

Public Appointments Service, Dublin, Ireland uses Adobe eForms Server and Reader Extensions for Recruitment.

 

The Public Appointments Service (PAS) is the centralised provider of recruitment, assessment and selection services for the Civil Service in Ireland. They also provide recruitment and consultancy services to local authorities, health boards, the Garda Siochana and other public bodies.

 

xDox e-Business consulting have been working with PAS to develop and design a PDF eForm design tool to create Dynamically Rendered HTML Application forms that will allow internal staff design and then advertise e-application forms that can be easily and quickly posted onto the web in both English and Irish languages. In addition, Detailed Dynamic PDF application forms are then rendered from the staff designs which are usable by the general public through the PAS web portal to apply for positions advertised.

 

Amber Credit, part of the Skipton Building Society, use xDox expertise and systems to scan and automatically capture validated accurate data from over 2,000 paper credit application forms per day.

 

 

Central Trust PLC, one of the UK’s largest independent finance companies are implementing their on-line finance applications using Adobe Document Server to generate personalised application forms and information packs ‘on demand’.

 

 

Avon & Somerset Police have recently upgraded their Adobe form software to the full Adobe ES Livecycle suite and are in the process of deploying fully interactive and integrated forms throughout the force. In addition to introducing e-forms onto the desktop a project has begun to incorporate the e-forms solution onto mobile devices using HTML, e-mail and SMS messaging.

 

Joining into the Adobe LIvecycle ES solution are Bedfordshire and Cleveland Constabularies.

 

Eurolife process hundreds of different styles of financial services transactions by way of post, fax, email and internet and required a single application that could allow for storage and retrieval of such documents in an auditable fashion. 

 

MacGregor Energy Services, an integrated technical services contractor supporting the global energy and power industries, uses Adobe Designer and Reader Extensions to speed and automate creation and collection of purchase orders from their worldwide operations.

 

 

SectorNet, a leading supplier of policy writing and administration systems to the insurance sector, selected xDox to supply Adobe Output Manger to manage the high volumes of print output from their own policy systems.
